Photoshoot

Non-cosplay photoshoots include anything that is not an event, and not a cosplay shoot which may include, but are not limited to: prom photos, and headshots.

Organization: If group, I will hold main contact with one person to prevent confusion and misunderstandings.

Digital Prints: When sharing photos, I will contact the main contact to see which photos the group wants to purchase. Note that each member does not pay for their own individual access, once it is payed for ~once~, anyone in the group can access the photos. If for any reason, someone accidentally deletes or loses the digital photo(s). I can, and will, reshare the photos upon request OR someone from the group can share the photos that were lost if they still have them.

Physical Prints: Any and all physical prints will be charged on an individual basis. If physical prints are somehow affected or damaged upon arrival, I will resend new copies of the defected prints without any extra charge. If recipient loses or damages the photo themselves, I will resend the physical print(s) at a small cost. (I will not charge full price AGAIN, I will only charge enough for printing. Same policy applies when buying multiple copies of the same print.)

Payment: I accept cash, check, Zelle, and PayPal.

Credit and Sharing: You are more then welcome to post the photos on social media. If you do, please credit me via my instagram, website, or my email.

Note: I will most likely not photograph groups consisting of more then 12 people, although exceptions can be made. Please also keep in mind that I cosplay and participate in/host panels so I may not be available due to a conflict.

If for one reason or another, you cannot afford my prices, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am more than willing to negotiate and offer accommodations with pricing.
